Our Tutors FAQ

Here, you’ll find the answers to the most common questions about our team of professionals.
Who are your tutors?
Our tutors are UK-based subject specialists with relevant academic backgrounds and several years of experience supporting learners. They provide guidance on personal statements and other writing projects. They’re ready to help you strengthen your work while maintaining originality and avoiding plagiarism or any form of academic misconduct.
How do you select your tutors?
We use a multi-stage process to ensure high standards of hiring. Each applicant’s CV is reviewed, followed by an interview and a trial period where their guidance skills and communication are assessed before they can begin supporting our clients.
Can I choose a tutor myself?
To save you time, we use a sophisticated matching system that combines automated and manual selection. We also leave an opportunity for you to choose a tutor yourself: if you previously worked with our specialist and were happy with the guidance, you can request to work with them again.
How can I communicate with my assigned tutor?
You can communicate with your tutor through the platform’s chat, messenger, or email. Tutors reply promptly during their working hours, which you will be informed about in advance so you know when to expect responses.
Can I see more information about my tutor?
For privacy reasons, we cannot share personal details of our tutors. However, you can view your assigned specialist’s qualifications, experience, areas of expertise, and ratings in your account, helping you feel confident about the professional assisting you.
How are tutors assigned to requests?
Tutors are assigned based on several factors, including the subject area, type of project, study level, and deadline. This ensures that the tutor supporting you has relevant expertise and can provide appropriate guidance.
